In My Next Lifetime

Sure ain't gonna happen in this lifetime, but I swear the goal won't get by me in the next one.

"All the Wild Horses," a superb film about the Mongolian Derby--the longest and most brutal horse race in the world--tells the story of expert riders who compete just to finish, never mind win. It's that tough. (On the riders, not the horses. Relax...the horses are well treated.)

The riders are recreating the famous 13th century Mongolian postal route set up by Genghis Khan that stretched for 1000 km/621 miles. You've got to see this movie with its smokin' hot soundtrack by Tengger Cavalry.
